How can I apply the Asset linked Mastercard®?
You can apply on the official website (https://coinxcard.com/apply/) or simply, provide following information to your agent.
- Name.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Address where you will receive the card.
- Registration code (Issued by your agent).
How do you handle the card delivery/shipping?
We will ship it via international delivery courier UPS from our Hong Kong headquarters. The shipping fee will be charged based on the delivery location. Please check the fee information in this FAQ list.
** If the recipient address is in South Korea, a personal customs clearance code may be required by the customs clearance. In this case, you can contact UPS using the UPS tracking number provided after the card is sent and provide the personal customs clearance code.
[Fees] Is there fees for a new card issuance & delivery?
- Both card issuance fee and delivery fee will be charged as a deduction on your first asset deposit.
- Card issuance fee: USDT 30 (One time fee)
- Card shipping fee: Estimated cost starts from USDT 25 to USDT 65 depending on the location (One time fee). Please see the location and fees below table.

There is a 2.3% fee when using your card. This is a charge of Mastercard®.

When assets are deposited, the deposit fee will be applied based on the transaction fee rate that was provided to you.
How can I activate the Asset linked Mastercard®?
You can request for the activation via official website (https://coinxcard.com/activate/) or simply request activation to your assigned agent. Afterwards, our support team will guide you through the customer support channel via WhatsApp.
How can I deposit my assets?
After card activation, a dedicated customer support channel will be opened via WhatsApp. We will provide you with the USDT wallet address and deposit procedure through the customer support chat.
After card activation, you will be provided with a customer service access at 3 Sing Trustee portal website, which you can check your asset balance, transaction history details.
Customer Portal App is also available in both Android and iOS app stores. 3SC App makes everything easy and quick. Customers can do the auto top-up through the app and it also supports other features such as transfer USDT asset to other wallets, view detailed transaction history and so on.
IMPORTANT!: Customer MUST need to activate and do first deposit via Whatsapp support chat manually in order for us to link customer account properly. After the first manual deposit, rest of top-up can be done via 3SC App. Customers are always welcome to use Whatsapp Customer support chat anytime too.

Can I use it overseas?
The card is a USD-denominated card and can be used at any Mastercard-affiliated merchant worldwide. If the card is used in a foreign currency (e.g., EUR, KRW, JPY), the exchange rate applied will be based on the rate set by Mastercard on the date the transaction is authorized. You can refer to Mastercard’s currency conversion calculator at the following link:

If the purchase currency is USD, no additional currency conversion is applied. While the underlying asset is USDT, the card operates in USD, and a 1:1 rate is applied between USD and USDT. Therefore, when transactions are made in USD, no extra exchange rate is applied.
What is the purchase limit?
- Online purchase is at USD12,500 per time.
- Off-line purchase is at HKD1,000,000 per time.
- There is no frequency limit.
- If you plan to spend more than HKD2,000,000 on the same day, please contact our customer support in advance. We will ensure that there will be no alarm triggered.
Can I use the cash withdrawal service at an ATM?
- Yes. ATM cash withdrawal is supported.
- A withdrawal fee of USD 25 applies for each ATM transaction.
- The maximum amount per withdrawal is USD 1,000.
- And the monthly withdrawal limit is USD 5,000.
- To use the ATM withdrawal, customers must first request an initial ATM PIN from the customer support team. Once received, you can set your personal ATM withdrawal PIN. This setup process only needs to be completed one time.

Do I need a bank account to get asset linked Mastercard®?
No, you do not need a traditional bank account. Asset linked Mastercard® is linked up with a trustee, 3 Sing Trustee Ltd., rather than a bank account, allowing you to inject asset to the Mastercard for spending.
