Funds Availability: You are responsible for ensuring that your crypto wallet has sufficient funds to cover transactions. The card issuer reserves the right to decline transactions if there are insufficient funds or if the cryptocurrency is unsupported.

Security: You agree to take responsibility for the security of your crypto wallet and Card details. Any unauthorized use or loss of your Card should be reported immediately to the card issuer.

Conversion Rates: The Card converts your cryptocurrency into fiat currency at the time of the transaction. Conversion rates may fluctuate and are determined by the card issuer.

Termination: The card issuer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Card account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Liability: You agree that the card issuer is not responsible for any losses due to fraud, technical errors, or failure to process a transaction.

Privacy and Data Protection: Your personal data and transaction information will be handled in accordance with the card issuer's privacy policy.

Amendments: The terms and conditions of this agreement may be amended by the card issuer at any time, and you will be notified of any changes.
